Climbing in Murcia

Few minutes away from the capital, we can find numerous climbing spots. In this case, we are going to see a few of them in Cresta del Gallo, the climbing spot reference in Murcia. There, we can find ‘La Panocha’, ‘El Paisaje Lunar’ and ‘Sector Lennon’. This spot is famous for being beginner-friendly, but it also offers seventh and eigth grade routes.

How to arrive

From ‘Cresta del Gallo’ parking we can easily access Sector Lennon. From there, to access the other sectors, turn left and follow the path around the monolith.

Grades guide

To easily differenciate each route difficulty, we use a colour division. Thus, everyone can see in a glance the predominant difficulty of each sector and can look for their grade.
